Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the group of stakeholders ultimately responsible for the operations and policy-making function of CASA. They represent government, industry and non-government organizations. The board is composed of directors and their alternates.
The CASA Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the goals and mandate are met. Each working group, committee and project team is responsible to the board.
A small secretariat, led by an executive director, provides information and support to the board and teams.
